Directions to Gualala

From San Francisco:

Highway 101 North through Marin to Petaluma take the East Washington Street Exit (to Central Petaluma – West). East Washington becomes Bodega Boulevard and along the way becomes California Highway 1. Highway 1 turns North in Bodega Bay. Follow Highway 1 along the beautiful California coast to Jenner, and then up to Gualala. (Total driving time: 3 to 3.5 hours.)

From Healdsburg:

Highway 101 South to River Road Exit. Go West on River Road, which becomes Highway 116 in Guerneville and follows along the Russian River to Highway 1 at Jenner. Follow Highway 1 along the beautiful California coast to Jenner, and then up to Gualala. (Total driving time: 2 to 2.5 hours.)

From Napa and the Napa Valley:

California State Highway 29 North to Calistoga. In Calistoga Highway 29 turns East…At that intersection continue North on Foothill Boulevard for a little over 1 mile. Turn left, West, onto Petrified Forest Road for a little over 4 miles. At the “Y” intersection, bear right onto Porter Creek Road. Porter Creek Road becomes Mark Springs Road. When Mark Springs Road crosses over Highway 101, it becomes River Road. River Road meets Highway 116 in Guerneville and follows along the Russian River to Highway 1 at Jenner. Take Highway 1 North along the beautiful California coast to Jenner, and then up to Gualala. (Total driving time: 2.5 to 3.0 hours.)

From Sonoma:

California State Highway 12 North to Santa Rosa. In Santa Rosa Highway 12 turns West to Sebastopol. In Sebastopol turn right, North, onto Highway 116. Go through Forestville. At Guerneville, Highway 116 turns West and follows along the Russian River to Highway 1 at Jenner. Take Highway 1 along the beautiful California coast to Jenner, and then up to Gualala. (Total driving time: 2.5 to 3.0 hours.)
